The Del Pueblo is a four-story building used historically for the retail sales of furniture in downtown Stockton. In 2010, Cort Companies renovated the building for the Stockton Collegiate International Schools, K-5. This is the first urban school for children in downtown Stockton.

Building History
This four story building was designed and built in 1925 by Leon Levinson with a Gothic Revival architectural style. The terra cotta tiles were especially designed for the building. Cort Companies renovated the building in 2010 for the Stockton Collegiate International Schools providing education for Kindergarten through 5th grade.
